Bitcoin ETF Flows Signal Institutional Caution After FOMC Shock

Fed Chair Kevin Warsh held the federal funds rate at 3.5%-3.75% as expected, but the press conference erased any dovish read: three FOMC members dissented in favor of an immediate hike, nine of eighteen committee members now project at least one increase by year-end, and Warsh cited "price stability" more than ten times.
