What is MarketIntelLabs?
MarketIntelLabs is a subscription-based financial-research publication. We publish institutional-grade market analysis — research articles and deep-dive reports covering commodities, macroeconomics, equities, and digital assets — which you read directly on the site in our Research archive. There is no app to install and no separate platform; your subscription is access to the published analysis on marketintellabs.com.
What do I get with a free account?
A free account lets you read every free article on the site in full and preview our premium articles. For a premium piece, a free reader sees the opening of the article and then a prompt to subscribe for the rest. Creating a free account also lets you manage your profile and preferences.
What does Premium cost, and what’s included?
Premium — our Deep Intelligenceplan — is $29 per month. It unlocks the full text of every premium article (no preview cut-off), along with in-depth sector analysis, investigative pieces, and bookmarks plus your member archive. In short, Premium removes the paywall so you can read the complete gated analysis. You can compare tiers on the Subscribe page.
How am I billed, and when does it renew?
Premium is billed at $29 per month through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription auto-renews each month on your billing date until you cancel. Payment is handled entirely on Stripe’s secure checkout — we never see or store your full card details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel yourself at any time, in a few clicks:
- Sign in and go to Account → Billing.
- Click Manage Subscription, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal.
- Choose Cancel subscription in the portal.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep full Premium access through the date you’ve already paid for, and your subscription simply won’t renew after that. There is no mid-cycle cutoff — you don’t lose access the moment you cancel.
Can I update my payment method or see my invoices?
Yes. The same Stripe customer portal — Account → Billing → Manage Subscription — lets you update your card, and view or download your invoices and billing history.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Because cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period, you keep the Premium access you paid for through that date, and you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@marketintellabs.com within 14 days and we’ll look into it. See our Terms of Service for the full billing policy.
