Bitcoin ETFs drew $433M on Friday after the Fed and CLARITY

Institutional allocators re-entered Bitcoin ETFs on Friday even though the two events that usually spook them both landed within 72 hours. Spot Bitcoin ETFs pulled in $433M net on Sept 18, led by Fidelity's FBTC at +$310.7M and BlackRock's IBIT at +$108.4M, after shedding roughly $746M combined on Sept 15 and 16 in the heaviest two-day exit since June. That Friday reversal pushed the full Sept 14-18 week to just +$6.1M net, a number that reads as a pause more than an accumulation event. The interesting signal is not the flat week.
