Two strikes entered the tracker this session: the Kuibyshev refinery (Rosneft, Samara) re-hit 22 Sep and confirmed; the Bashneft-UNPZ refinery (Ufa) struck 21-22 Sep and still claimed. The tracker now holds 26 entries; cumulative confirmed capacity sits in a low-high band of about 2,177 to 4,485 kb/d.
