Northwood Space announced Monday a $375 million Series C that values the Torrance, California ground-station maker at $2 billion, a fresh private mark on a corner of the space economy where the public tape has gone cold. Andreessen Horowitz and DFJ Growth co-led the round, with In-Q-Tel, Alpine Space Ventures, Washington Harbour Partners and Stepstone Activate joining, plus a separate multi-year credit facility from HSBC Innovation Banking of undisclosed size. The financing takes Northwood's total raised past $500 million and arrives less than nine months after its $100 million Series B, the company's fastest gap between two rounds to date.
